Odumeje Lashes Chris Okotie For Insulting Prophet T.B Joshua

Pastor Christopher Okotie has been chastised by Prophet Odumeje for his remarks on the late TB Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN).

Okotie is the Lagos-based leader of the Household of God International Ministries.

Prophet T.B Joshua was labeled by the televangelist as a “magician,” a “sorcerer,” and a “vicar of the devil on earth”.

Okotie stated in a video released to his YouTube channel last week that Joshua compared himself to Christ through his name, behavior, and spiritual style.

Okotie asserted that Joshua proclaimed that he is the one appointed by the Lord to reconcile God and man.

“Even Jesu Oyingbo did the same thing, he calls himself Emmanuel. And we have the same thing with the entity in Calabar who used to call himself I Am.

“So Joshua believes he is aloof from Jesus, that’s why he took the name Joshua because that’s the name that Jesus bore when he was right here on earth.

“The full name is Jehoshua, which means Jehovah is salvation. The name Joshua and the name Jesus are the same”, he said.

Odumeje, whose real name is Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, on Sunday, issued a harsh rebuke to Okotie.

According to the General Overseer of The Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Okotie may not have been in his right mind when he attacked Joshua.

According to Odumeje, “A man (Joshua) that finished his job and left immediately after the job. We are not in this world to enjoy anything with you. My fellow prophet did his duty.

“I want to correct a stupid person. There is a man that doesn’t want the General to rest in peace and allow the family to mourn.

“This man is Chris Okotie. Young man, we have respected you enough. I have never seen you done anything in this life. I have never seen you save a soul,” he said.

“But you say TB Joshua is a devil. Even if we bear the name of Jesus Christ, does that mean we are Christ? You come out to try to prove yourself. When I look at you, I see that you’re possessed.

“When you cannot do what a man does, you have no right to talk about him. Because you’re not in the same level, qualification, spiritual balance. You are too far carnal for who TB Joshua is

“When I see you say you want to rule Nigeria, I see that you’re suffering from insanity. You need a dirty slap to correct your senses. I don’t reply to people with stories, I reply with deadly spiritual weapons”, he threatened.
