Joanna, a housemate on Big Brother Naija 10/10, declined a proposal from her roommate Victory, choosing instead to stay independent.
Victory, who has previously expressed interest in Joanna, Gigi Jasmine, and Sultana, begged her close friend Rooboy to help him persuade her to date him on Tuesday.
Rooboy called Joanna to sit with him in the garden and then told her about Victory’s feelings for her.
Joanna asked why Victory didn’t come to tell her alone, to which he replied that he didn’t want to associate her with Gigi and Sultana.
Joanna then acknowledged that she likes him but wants to be independent in the house.
Rooboy: “My n*gga likes you very much.”
Joana: “Why can’t he tell me himself?”
Victory: “I just didn’t want to put you in the line up with Gigi and Sultana.”
Joana: “I like Victory as much as he likes me but I want my individuality.”
