A man suffered two fractured hips as a result of a brutal attack by a flock of turkeys and a rooster.
The attack took place in July in the Canadian province of British Columbia, when the Chase RCMP’s help was needed to check on the man’s safety at a property in Celista.
When the police showed up at the residence, they discovered a man who had been attacked by animals and was hurt.
It was later discovered that the man had been attacked by a group of turkeys, who had been joined by a rooster, leaving their victim in a horrific condition.
The victim received medical assistance for his injuries, which included two broken hips, a broken finger, and numerous lacerations.
According to Sergeant Barry Kennedy, the roosters and turkeys who attacked him were expected to receive the “death penalty for their crimes.”
