Martins Vincent Otse, aka Very Dark Man, told members of the House of Representatives investigation panel today, September 30, that he will not speak until Bobrisky and the EFCC chairman are present, after all three parties were summoned by the panel to testify about bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to VDM’s counsel, Deji Adeyanju, Bobrisky did not show up for the panel meeting and instead sent his lawyer to represent.
It seems the EFCC also didn’t send a representative as of time of filing this story.
The investigative committee members, however, wanted Very Dark Man to testify about his involvement in the entire affair, but he refused, stating that he would sooner die than talk without the presence of those engaged in the case.
