Mark Osuchukwu, an Igbo man, recently expressed his dissatisfaction with Obi Cubana, a rich businessman, on Twitter.
It all began when Cubana inked a N50 million deal with Portable, a popular artist, to be the face of his new product.
Mark took to Twitter to accuse Cubana of bypassing his Igbo brothers in order to award the transaction to a Yoruba man.
Cubana overlooked another Igbo artist, Speed Darlington, and rushed to ‘dash’ Portable thee contract, according to him.
Mark didn’t stop there, explaining that the name ‘Odogwu’ describes a man of great esteem and distinction, but Portable didn’t meet the requirements.
Portable, who requires therapy to control his hallucinations, was made the face of an Igbo business, Mark lamented.
Igbo people, he claims, must ensure that their decisions are free of emotion. A Yoruba guy will not ‘jump his brothers’ to award an Igbo man the position of ambassador, according to Mark.
He also included an Igbo proverb about how individuals should care for the environment in which they live.
