Contrary to popular belief, Timini Egbuson, a well-known Nollywood actor, has stated that he is not a womanizer.
The 38-year-old disclosed that he hasn’t had a partner for the last two to three years.
He made the revelation during a recent episode of The Culture League podcast, which also included comedian Bovi and Super Eagles player Victor Boniface.
He said, “A lot of people assume that I’m a womanizer. But I’m not. In the past two, three years, Nollywood has taken over my life in a way that there’s no room, except you will be the most unserious [to womanise].
“I even wonder how some of my friends who womanizer, date four or five girls simultaneously, have time to attend to all of them. Because from being on set all day to getting back tired at 11 pm, I will now start chatting a lady? I don’t have the capacity for that. So, I’m not in the street as people may think I am.”
Egbuson, however, added that he is unbothered by the misconception, stressing that he enjoys “the bad boy” stereotype.
Never judge a book by its cover.” It means you shouldn’t judge someone or something based solely on their appearance, as there may be more to them than what is visible on the surface.
