Man Beats His Pregnant Wife To Death Over House Chores

In Sapele community, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, a pregnant woman simply identified as Beatrice was fatally beaten to death by her husband, who goes by the nickname M.O.B.

According to Punch, the event happened on Friday evening, August 5th, inside a new generation church, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, on New Road, Awolowo Road Extension, in Sapele.

It was reported that the husband confronted his wife on why she had left the house for church without performing the essential housework or making plans for his dinner before he started violently beating her.

The furious husband repeatedly slapped and punched his heavily pregnant wife, causing her to pass out on the spot, without allowing her to explain.

It was reported that church members and bystanders sprang into action to save the victim.

She was taken to a local hospital, Obule Hospital, where it was later confirmed that she had passed away.
