According to the latest rumours, PSG sensation Kylian Mbappe has agreed terms with Real Madrid and will be announced as the club’s new player following the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid next week.

Having only a month remaining on his current PSG contract, the World Cup champion insisted on waiting until the conclusion of the season to discuss his future plans, but Madrid has already secured his services on a free transfer.

According to a new report published by GOAL on Tuesday, May 17, Madrid and Mbappe have struck an agreement after four months of negotiations, with only a few minor elements to iron out before a deal can be revealed.

Even if Mbappe announces his departure from PSG in the coming days, the publication claims that Madrid will not make his move official until after the Champions League final.

It said, “Mbappe’s arrival at Madrid will likely be confirmed at the start of June and his official unveiling at the Bernabeu will be delayed until after he returns from international duty with France on June 13.”
