The former cinematographer of American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has accused her of harassment and claims she had him watch her engage in s*xual activity.

In the lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Emilio Garcia claimed that following the purported event, Megan had warned him, called him names, humiliated him publicly, and treated him differently.

Emilio Garcia started working for Megan Thee Stallion in 2018, and he left his previous employment in 2019 to work full-time with the rapper, according to court filings. According to the lawsuit, he was employed by her until June 2023.

Garcia was vacationing with the hip-hop artist in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022. Following an evening spent together, the two of them along with three other female passengers were in an SUV when “suddenly Stallion and one other woman start[ed] having s*x right beside Garcia,” according to the documents.

Garcia “could not get out of the car as it was both moving, and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.”

Garcia claims he was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”

Garcia says that the next day, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly warned him, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” and then she allegedly called him a “fat B-tch” and other derogatory remarks.

The case was submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, April 23. Regarding the charges, Megan Thee Stallion has not yet responded.

He is currently suing the hip-hop artist for a hostile work environment and harassment.

Only a few days have passed since the artist received recognition at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s Spring Into Action event. Now, word of this case has leaked.
