Nigerian Gospel Star Nathaniel Bassey Announces ‘Kirikiri Edition’ of Hallelujah Challenge

Published on

The well-known Nigerian gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey has released a limited-edition version of his Hallelujah Challenge, called the “Kirikiri Edition.”

The Kirikiri Medium Security Prison in Lagos will host this one-day event on August 27, 2025.

On Instagram, Bassey disclosed that organizing this unique session with prisoners is a birthday wish of his own, motivated by his desire to use worship and praise to spread freedom and hope.

He wrote. “Later this month, 27th August 2025, I would be leading my brethren in the kiri medium prison in a Hallelujah challenge Praise and worship special session.

“This is my heart’s desire for my birthday. We’ll praise, eat together and afterwards give out some scholarships.

“The first ever Hallelujah challenge was in Acts 16:25-26, When paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God. Though we may not stream this for security reasons, but you can pray along with us as we go. We trust God for liberty of the spirit and massive harvests of souls in Jesus’ name. Meanwhile, are you ready for the October edition?”

God bless you Pastor Nathan for this. May God’s name be praised both now and forever.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
