The NNPC/Heirs Energies Joint Venture has launched the OML 17 University Scholarship Programme (USP) for 300 qualified first-year students from OML 17 host communities. The scholarship provides financial and educational support to students enrolled in government-owned universities across Nigeria.

Eligibility: Students from OML 17 host communities currently enrolled in government-owned universities.
Benefits: ₦200,000 annual award till graduation.
Application Process: Online application through the official scholarship portal ((link unavailable)) starting July 21, 2025.
Selection: Final selection and announcement of beneficiaries in September 2025.
