Nollywood Actress Iyabo Is Dead

Iyabo Oko, a veteran Nollywood actress best known as Sidikat Odukanwi, has passed away. After a protracted struggle with an unspecified illness, the 61-year-old actress passed away on Wednesday, June 28.

Her daughter, Bisi Aisha, a female soldier, confirmed the news of the Nollywood actress death even though the circumstances of her passing have not been made public.

“May ur soul Rest in Peace Mummy,” she wrote.

This comes a few weeks after the untimely death of Odukanwi’s younger colleague Murphy Afolabi.
