Vision and Purpose

Published on

Everything changed for the Apostle Paul when he had a life-altering vision of our Lord and found himself in His presence. There was a sudden burst of illumination, and he realized he was fighting against the purpose of redeeming grace. This vision completely transformed his goals and behavior. From that moment, he let go of the past and focused on pursuing the purpose for which he was chosen by our Lord Jesus. He aspired to construct his life based on his encounter with the Lord.

While on this life-changing journey, he may have thought he had accomplished everything in his life, such as starting churches, sharing the gospel in towns, and writing letters. However, as he continued to strive for improvement, he saw even loftier goals that appeared impossible to achieve.

Beloved, at times, we may find ourselves grappling with uncertainty and engaging in deep introspection in our spiritual journey. We may have doubted our commitment to our life’s purpose or pondered the value of our sacrifices to the things of God. Beloved, we need to continue to seek solace in the sanctuary of God, where we have been granted glimpses of divine vision and ideals. We need to come to the understanding that God will empower us to achieve what He has taught us to desire. “With unwavering belief, all things are possible.”
