Akwa Ibom Governor’s Daughter Accuses Dad Of Sacrificing Late First Lady

Published on

The daughter of Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Eno has accused her father of being involved in the death of his late wife, Patience Oluwakemi Umo Eno, who died in September 2024 after an undisclosed illness.

The accusation was made in a video that is currently trending online and shows her handing her phone to her young daughter, who was apparently on a video call with Governor Eno when the child, at her mother’s request, asked the governor a question.

“I’m not a sacrifice, mummy was, but I’m not,” thundered the governor’s daughter.

Mrs. Ufot further claimed in the video that her life and her daughter’s were in danger because of unspecified revelations that she suggested.

“So, Grandpa, do you want them to kill us?” the minor asked, repeating the question as instructed. “Do you want them to die like my baby brother died?”

There was no audible response from the governor during the exchange, and it remains unclear who the child was referring to when she mentioned “them.”

“If I die today or my daughter dies. If we die because God is exposing the truth, so be it. But my blood will not go scot-free,” the governor’s daughter cried out.

Efforts to get the governor’s comment on his daughter’s accusations were unsuccessful as the line of his media aide, Ekerete Udoh, was switched off.

It’s shocking to hear such accusations from one’s own family.
