Amotekun Operatives Nabs Suspected Fulani Herders With Trucks Loaded With Ammunitions (See Video)

Amotekun operatives have apprehended several Fulani men after they were found smuggling ammunition in two vehicles, hidden beneath grass sheets.

The trucks were stopped in Ikere Ekiti, in Ekiti state.

In a viral video, an Amotekun operative could be seen searching a truck full of grass sheets as they discovered rifles and ammunition hidden beneath the sheets.

The suspects were made to lay facedown by the side of the road after being arrested by Amotekun.

Recall that on Sunday, May 5, suspected bandits opened fire on parishioners at St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, in the Owo council area of Ondo State capital today, leaving several people dead.

According to a member of the Church, Kehinde Ogunkorode, the gunmen, suspected of being kidnappers stormed the church, killing at least 25 parishioners.
