Innocent Idibia, also known by his stage as 2Baba, is a Nigerian music legend whose forthright comments about male faithfulness in a recent interview with media personality Nedu have sparked a flurry of debate.
Despite their ability to have a strong emotional bond with a single woman, the seasoned artist claimed that men are biologically inclined to pursue several s*xual partners.
“A man is not built to be s*xually with one woman. Heart and love dey with one woman. But s*xually, e dey impossible for man. It is the biology of man,” 2Baba stated, adding, “Man fit love one woman die, but when it comes to that s*xual satisfaction it’s hard. Dey seed too plenty, you no fit drop am for one woman….”
The provocative comments, which 2Baba acknowledged might stir controversy, “And anybody wey wan follow me argue am, fine,” come amid ongoing public interest in his personal life.
I respectfully disagree with the idea that men are inherently wired to cheat. I believe that faithfulness depends on individual values, commitments, and circumstances rather than innate tendencies.
