A video of a young man letting his young daughter smoke marijuana has sparked outcry on social media.
The young man who held his daughter in his arms would occasionally throw a burning joint into her mouth after being beaten.
A woman could be heard laughing in the background while the man continued the act.
This is total madness. To think they made a video and posted online shows how irresponsible the man and the so called mother laughing at the background. I hope that the appropriate authorities are contacted to do the needful. Children are to be protected and not to be exposed to harmful and toxic environment like the one we are seeing. This is really disheartening. I feel so bad for this poor child.
He Should be arrested immediately and the child should be taken for proper care.
