Andrew Tate And Brother Tristan Accused Of Being Serial Tax Evaders

Social media personality; Andrew Tate and his sibling Tristan have come under fire for allegedly not paying any taxes at all on millions of dollars in earnings from their internet ventures.

Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London heard a civil claim by Devon and Cornwall Police in England against the brothers and a third party identified only as J for unpaid taxes on Monday.

“Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are serial tax and VAT evaders,” stated Sarah Clarke, KC of Devon and Cornwall Police. “They are blatant about it, especially Andrew Tate.”

It is alleged that between 2014 and 2022 they received £21 million (€24.8 million) in revenue from online enterprises and paid no taxes in any nation.

Ms. Clarke cited Andrew Tate’s statement, “When I lived in England I refused to pay tax,” from a video that he had uploaded online. It was reported to the court that his strategy was to “ignore, ignore, ignore because in the end, they go away.” The brothers have “a huge number of bank accounts” in the UK, seven of which have been frozen, the court was also informed.

A large number of accounts were utilized, according to Ms. Clarke, “as a mechanism for moving revenues from their business activities,” and money was “washed around UK bank accounts.” She informed the court, “That’s what money laundering looks like, and that’s what tax evasion looks like.”

They made money from both their OnlyFans websites and the things they offered online.
