Due to his flexibility, Atalanta star Ademola Lookman is apparently being pursued by a number of clubs, including Arsenal.
Florian Plettenberg, a reporter for Sky Sport DE, reported that Arsenal has joined Juventus and other European teams in the pursuit of star Lookman.
Real Madrid star Rodrygo is still Arsenal’s top priority to bolster the attack, the report claims, and negotiations with agents and teams are ongoing. But because of his adaptability, Lookman is also a topic.
Berta, the director of Atalanta, “is holding numerous talks,” according to Plettenberg, prior to the summer transfer window officially opening on July 1.
Earlier this week, Italian sources stated that Atalanta would consider offers for Lookman that exceeded €40 million this summer.
The Nigeria international could make his final appearance for La Dea tomorrow, when the Nerazzurri host strugglers Parma at the Gewiss Stadium.
Lookman has scored 20 goals and provided seven assists in 39 games across all competitions this season.
Lookman, 27, has also been linked with a move to Juventus, but the Bianconeri have many other transfer targets in attack, including Victor Osimhen, Viktor Gyokeres, Lorenzo Lucca, Mateo Retegui and Rasmus Hojlund.
