Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has addressed why his team lost to Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night.
He claims that his squad had a difficult first 15 minutes of Tuesday night’s 1-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain.
After the match, Arteta told Amazon Prime that they ought to have at least received a draw.
He said: “Disappointed with the result.
“We put so much into the game. We struggled in the first 10-15 minutes to get momentum and dominance.
“Disappointed not to get a draw at least.”
On Dembele’s goal, Arteta added: “That is always the danger, credit to them. They get out of a situation that is close.
“We had seven players behind the ball, and they were clinical. Sometimes you just have to recognize the talent of the individual.”
