Raphinha, a winger for Barcelona, has been selected the 2024–2025 La Liga Player of the Season.
The Catalan giants won the league title thanks in large part to the play. The official statement was issued by La Liga on Friday, emphasizing Raphinha’s season-long excellence.
The Brazilian forward averaged 79 minutes per game in his 36 league appearances, starting 32 of them. With 18 goals and 9 assists at the end of the season, he finished sixth in the league’s scoring chart and second in assists, only surpassed by his young teammate Lamine Yamal.
Raphinha received praise from supporters and commentators for his outstanding efforts, which helped Barcelona win the league’s top individual award.
