Reality TV personality Anita Natasha Akide, often known as Tacha, has indicated interest in pursuing a career in politics.
The Port Harcourt-born and bred BBNaija star expressed discontent with the current situation in Rivers State in a recent interview with Ebuka, highlighting the state’s unrealized potential.
Tacha highlighted unrealized potential and skills while talking about the importance of youth involvement in government.
She said, “When I look at other states like Abuja and Lagos, and I see how far they’ve come, and with the potential Rivers State has, they’re not trying to exploit it. It’s just very disappointing because there are so many youths, so many talents there, so many things that if the government can see light into, a lot can happen.”
“It is something I’m working on. I’ll have to make it 70% done before I can talk about it, because it does not make sense granting interviews like this, talking about the government without being involved.”
