Diddy Continues to Deny S*xual Assault Allegations as Third Lawsuit Emerges

After being mentioned in a third lawsuit, Diddy has persisted in denying any and all claims of s*xual assault.

In a lawsuit that his ex-girlfriend Cassie filed earlier this week, the 54-year-old music tycoon was accused of rape and physical abuse. Many grave claims regarding the “Me & U” singer’s relationship with Diddy were mentioned in the complaint.

After a day, the lawsuit was settled, and Diddy’s legal team insisted that no “admission of wrongdoing” had occurred.

Two additional women have quickly followed up on Diddy’s lawsuit since then. An answer to the accusations has been released by his team.

According to the most recent lawsuit, musician Aaron Hall and Diddy are accused of raping two women in New York City. The complainant remains nameless, and the alleged attack occurred over thirty years ago.

A second claim was submitted, based on an alleged 1991 incident involving a college student.

In a statement provided to People, Diddy’s representatives refuted every allegation.

“These are fabricated claims that were filed at the last minute [for the Adult Survivors Act, which allowed survivors of s*xual assault to sue their attackers], falsely alleging misconduct that occurred over 30 years ago,” they said to the site. “This is just an attempt to steal money. Mr. Combs’ success and notoriety make him a prime target for false accusations made by strangers.

“These are fabricated claims that were filed at the last minute [for the Adult Survivors Act, which allowed survivors of s*xual assault to sue their attackers], falsely alleging misconduct that occurred over 30 years ago,” they said to the site. “This is just an attempt to steal money. Mr. Combs’ success and notoriety make him a prime target for unnamed accusers who willfully lie to deceive him in order to gain financial advantage.”

They went on, “It is undeniable that the Adult Survivors Act was not intended or expected to be abused by con artists by the New York Legislature. People should exercise caution and not jump to conclusions about these false accusations.”

For now, no one knows what the truth is.
