Following the success of his most recent match, Nigerian mixed martial artist, Israel Adesanya was spotted in a viral video celebrating his win alongside his colleague, Usman Kamaru, and popular Nigerian musician, Adekunle Gold.
Adesanya on Sunday morning at the FTX Arena in Miami, Florida, defeated Alex Pereira in the main event of UFC 287 to reclaim the UFC middleweight champion.
Following the win, he alongside Nigerian colleagues and others was seen in the video dancing enthusiastically in the club.
The celebration of Israel Adesanya’s victory came after an earlier failed attempt to reclaim the title lost to Pereira.
His win has trailed congratulations across the country including from the president-elect, Bola Tinubu and from Labour Party’s Peter Obi.
