Singer and Big Brother Naija contestant Hazel Oyeze Onou, better known by his stage name Whitemoney, has asserted that he had 150 employees.
Additionally, according to the past BBN winner, he has given them payments up to five years in advance.
Whitemoney said in a recent interview with Echoo Room that he pays his employees ahead of time to avoid the hassle of making monthly payments.
The host asked, “I heard that you pay staff members a couple of years in advance; five years, three years in advance. Is this true?”
Whitemoney replied, “To be honest, it is. I operate in that system because it helps me take my mind off things. The way I set up my system is because I’m versatile; I do a lot of things and I can easily get carried away. Currently, I have 150 staff members.”
This is interesting! The question is…..what of if the staff quits the job or relocates, will they refund the salary they have not worked for or just disappear with it??
