Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Wants Judge To Approve Their Divorce Settlement

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reached a settlement in their divorce and are requesting that a judge complete their separation.

The former couple reached a mediation settlement in September, almost one month after Lopez filed for divorce, according to records she filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday.

Neither celebrity would provide the other with spousal maintenance, even if the majority of the financial facts of their divorce were not made public. After the divorce is finalised, Lopez will remove Affleck from her legal name. In July 2022, the famous couple tied the knot.

Although the pair stated in court documents that they split up in April 2023, Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024.

After meeting, falling in love, and becoming engaged in the early 2000s, as well as costarring in the notorious films “Gigli” (2003) and “Jersey Girl” (2004), the couple broke up to the surprise of many, partially attributing their split to the pressure of being in the spotlight.

However, they reconnected and got married twenty years later, much to the joy of many and possibly to the scepticism of others.

The couple settled the financial terms of their divorce through mediation rather than drawn-out judicial proceedings, according to documents filed on Monday.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have no kids together.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, with whom he had three children, were divorced In 2018.

For the record, Lopez had four previous marriages. She shares two kids (twins) with singer Marc Anthony.
