Kamala Harris will release a new book in September, providing an insider’s perspective on her groundbreaking 2024 presidential campaign.
Named 107 Days, the book vows to disclose the behind-the-scenes events of what turned out to be the briefest presidential campaign in modern U.S. history.
“What the world saw on the campaign trail was only a part of the story,” Harris stated in a social media post unveiling the book.
In a video statement, she noted, “I believe there is value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what I know it will take to move forward. In writing this book, one truth kept coming back to me: sometimes the fight takes a while.”
After her loss to President Donald Trump, Harris has maintained a low profile, remaining in close communication with her advisors as she contemplates her next political step.
The book’s announcement follows just one day after she confirmed she would not pursue the California governorship in 2026. Sources close to her indicate this choice keeps the door open for a potential 2028 presidential bid.
A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
