Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has been outspoken about her previous marriage and her desire to find love once more.
The conversation took place during an interview after her mother’s recent death.
Addressing long-standing questions about her relationship with her ex-husband, Saheed Balogun, Fathia described their bond as one built on “mutual respect and shared responsibilities.”
“He’s my ex, my child’s father, and my colleague,” she said, noting that despite their separation, they maintain contact due to their careers in the same industry and their shared parenting duties.
“He’s a wonderful father,” Fathia added, showing that their connection has continued beyond the confines of marriage.
Looking forward, the actress made it clear that her past relationship will not limit her future.
“He can’t stop me from marrying again,” she stated. She expressed optimism about love, affirming, “If I meet the right person, I’ll marry again.”
