Man Commits Su!cide Over His Wife’s Alleged Infidelity In Imo

A man named Reginald, hailing from Lawa in Ogbaku, Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State, took his own life due to his wife’s alleged infidelity.

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the residents of Lawa community were shocked to find Reginald’s lifeless body hanging in the compound of his wife’s supposed lover, Ukachukwu.

According to village sources, Reginald’s body was found suspended on a tree within Ukachukwu’s compound, an incident that has triggered widespread outrage and condemnation.

An anonymous villager revealed that the deceased had repeatedly voiced concerns about the romantic involvement between his wife and Ukachukwu, only to be dismissed by his wife.

“We woke up this morning to see the dangling body of Reginald in the compound of Ukachukwu. We had seen him complain about his wife and Ukachukwu but nobody knew it would drive him to commit suicide. He has the entire community in confusion because we have not witnessed anything like this in the past,” the source said.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
