Hello Great Mothers! It is not a mere say that mothers are blessings from God. We are the backbone of our families. Our timely presence, emotional availability, and unconditional love are very important for the development and growth of our children.

In this article, we will be talking about the third role of a mom as the world’s best chef in the home.
It’s our responsibility as mothers to ensure that our children eat a balanced diet meal, and also, ensure that the food is cooked in a hygienic environment. This is important in order to avoid constant illness like typhoid, diarrhea, etc.
Mothers are regarded as world best chefs because as mothers;
● We ensure that everyone in the house gets to eat good food at all times, and so we are all time masterchef, not seasonal.
● We don’t follow a specific time frame on how long the food will be prepared.
● We cook without reading or memorizing recipes from a cookbook or watching a video of cooking DIYs from YouTube. Mothers simply cook dishes that the family loves eating.
● We don’t even bother to ask about the grams of pepper, salt and Maggie she seasons food with because she’s smart enough to know what quantity to use.
● We are more concerned with the food, nutrients, and health of our children than you are about our own wellbeing. Even as a pregnant woman, we ensure we eat a healthy, balanced diet for the growth of the foetus..
