Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has celebrated Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy on his 73rd birthday.
Taking to his Twitter handle, he shared a photo of himself together with Charly Boy which he captioned;
