Power truly can change hands when we pray – Monday Motivation

God has called us to a life of prayers. We have gossiped enough about our troubles, it is time to challenge them in the place of prayers. Surely, we bear not the anointing or the grace of God in vain. God has not called us to complain about those things that hurt us; He has called us to confront them. When we keep sealed lips, the devil enjoys a free day but whenever we rise up to pray in the  name of the LORD, mountains are moved and ungodly powers are dethroned.

Power truly can change hands when we pray. Like Elijah, we can sanitize our environments, clean it of all prophets of Baal and their ungodly manipulations and spark off a revival in the land. Prayers put us in charge and the man of prayers rules his environment. Through prayers, we change existing orders and alter the course of history.

This week, God wants us to be courageous. He wants us to confront the powers that be, and as agents of change that we are,  He wants us to bring liberty to the people. Stay blessed.
