Rapper, Offset Now Wants Spousal Support From Cardi B In Ongoing Divorce Battle

Offset is emphatically stating that he’s unwilling to abandon the luxurious Bad and Boujee lifestyle, and he’s seeking Cardi B’s financial support to maintain it.

In a new development in their ongoing divorce proceedings, the rapper has submitted an amended response requesting spousal support. Although he didn’t specify a particular amount, his intention is clear: he expects financial assistance.

According to TMZ, he continues to uphold his previous demand for joint custody of their children, while asserting that Cardi’s residence should remain their primary home.

This is the first significant update in the case since Cardi initiated divorce proceedings in August 2024. At that time, she firmly denied allegations that Offset was an uninvolved father.

However, it’s well-known that the pair have engaged in heated public disputes online—Cardi even once declared she wouldn’t care if Offset were struck by a truck.

Initially, Offset agreed that both parties would handle their own legal expenses. Now, with this request for spousal support, the situation could become even more contentious.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
