Ray J Makes Shocking Claim He’s FBI Build Case Against Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner

American singer Ray J has issued a startling assertion, claiming he is collaborating with federal authorities to construct a RICO case targeting his former girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner.

During a recent livestream shared on X, Ray J spoke to Chrisean Rock, declaring: “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy.”

The 44-year-old singer cautioned that the purported investigation is fast approaching. “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it.”

He further intensified the claim, likening the alleged investigation to something “worse than Diddy.”

In the clip, the musician offered no additional specifics or evidence to support his assertion, and no further information corroborates the claim.

RICO, an acronym for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, is a federal statute commonly employed to prosecute organized criminal activities, such as drug cartels and mob operations.

The reference to Diddy points to rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, who was convicted in July of transportation to engage in prostitution but was cleared of more severe charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.

This is not the first instance where Ray J, known for appearing in a 2007 sex tape with Kardashian, has alluded to such accusations against the mother-daughter pair.

In May, during discussions surrounding Combs’ federal trial, Ray J implied in the documentary “TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial” that he would find racketeering charges against the 69-year-old matriarch and the 44-year-old Skims founder believable.

In September 2022, Ray J openly criticized the duo after Jenner, during a televised polygraph test on The Late Late Show with James Corden, denied releasing the sex tape. The test administrator concluded Jenner was truthful.

In a now-deleted Instagram video from that time, Ray J fiercely rebuked them, stating, “YOU f–ked with THE WRONG BLACK MAN krisjenner @kimkardashian… WHAT YOU TRYING TO DO TO ME IS ALMOST INHUMANE AND FOUL AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.”

Ray J later expressed deep remorse over the sex tape incident, telling Cam Newton in July that it was “probably the worst thing that’s ever happened to me.”
