Ronke Odusanya, a Nollywood actress, has been appointed a Senior Deaconess in her church. She describes the position as a spiritual duty that requires dedication, humility, and faithfulness.
The actress shared the news on her Instagram page, thanking the chance and reiterating her dedication to living a life that upholds Christian principles.
According to her, the appointment symbolizes both God’s grace and the confidence that has been placed in her to assist and foster the spiritual development of others.
She wrote, “I am deeply grateful to God for the privilege of being appointed as a Senior Deaconess in His vineyard. This new responsibility is not just a title; it is a sacred call to serve with humility, faithfulness, and unwavering dedication. It is a reminder of God’s grace and the trust He places in me to support the growth of His church and care for His people.
“As I step into this role, I am committed to living a life that reflects Christ, leading by example, and working in unity with others to advance the Lord’s work. I embrace this opportunity with a willing heart, trusting God for wisdom, strength, and guidance in every step.
