Singer Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems, is emotionally retarded after being nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
The “Try Me” singer was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her song “Blank Panther.”
Tems was nominated for her songwriting of Lift Me Up, a track from the Marvel Studios film Wakanda Forever. The Nigerian star was nominated for Best Original Song alongside Rihanna, Ryan Coogler and Ludwig Goransson.
Marvel Studios had announced the good news on it’s Twitter page, congratulating Tems, Rihanna, others for their new achievement.
“Congratulations to Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler and Ludwig Goransson for their Golden Globe Nomination for Best Original Song!”.
Reacting to it, Tems appreciated God for the new feat. Getting emotional, Tems stated that the blessings are too much.
She tweeted,
“My God!! This one is too much”.
