Tems Delays The Premiere Of Her Music Video Due To Protest

Grammy-winning musician Tems has shown her support for Nigerians by delaying the debut of her brand-new music video, “Burning,” in the midst of widespread demonstrations against poverty and corrupt government.

In her announcement, Tems expressed her sympathy for the ongoing protests and her concern for the participants’ safety on her X account.

She also emphasized how critical it is that the voices of the people be heard.

“Out of respect for the ongoing protest at home, I have decided to postpone the release of Burning music video. Praying for the safety of those outside at this time. May the voice of the people be heard,”  the  post reads.

The pain and uncertainty we experience through hardships are definitely not desiring. The government should please do something to ease the pain.
