The Power Of Hug

I just learned that today is National Hug Day, which is celebrated on January 21st every year.

I also learned that it was created by pastor Kevin Zaborney to encourage people to express love and care for each other more often through simple acts like hugs.

A hug is the physical act of wrapping your arms around someone. This is a non-verbal form of communication that conveys warmth, care, and love.

Hugs are given for a variety of reasons, including greetings, expressing sympathy, and celebrating special occasions.

Did you know that a hug is worth a thousand words?

Did you also know that hugs can do wonders?

Hugs can also reduce stress and anxiety, and of course, increase feelings of well-being.

Do you know that hugging someone also promotes a sense of satisfaction?
When you’re nervous, a hug calms your nerves.

This life is meant to love, share, learn, smile, care, forgive, laugh, hug, help, dance, marvel, heal, and love more.

A simple hug makes a difference. It’s better than thousands of words and can change a person’s day. Be the change they need…

Talking about hugs, do you also know that I find it very difficult to hug guys? Some guys say I give them side hugs but whether it’s side or full, abeg hug na hug, make dem no vex.

I promise to hug someone today. So, if you are around my vicinity and you need a soothing hug, my arms are wide open.

Love you all!

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
