Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has discussed her enduring affections for Wizkid, her ex-boyfriend and musical colleague, acknowledging that sharing the stage with him is still an emotional event.
The award-winning singer stated in a video that is presently trending on social media that performing with Wizkid triggers strong memories of their past, making it hard for her to control her feelings.
She said, “It’s uncomfortable performing with Wizkid on stage. I admit I’m still in love with him. When we reunited at Great Lagos Countdown 2025, my heart beat just as it did six years ago. Every time Wizkid gets close, I can’t control my smile.
“gave me so many beautiful memories that I almost forgot how bad our relationship once was. If I could choose one man in this lifetime, it would only be Wizkid.”
