During the celebration of Venezuela’s 16th birthday, Noah proposed, a moment that her mother Paris Fury joyfully shared with her 1.9 million Instagram followers.
In the video, Venezuela can be seen dancing and grinning before Noah pops the question and gives her a ring. After a brief moment of astonishment, the teen accepts the proposal.
