The instance highlights the risks involved with such cosmetic procedures, particularly when they are carried out by untrained personnel or outside of a medical setting.

The term “pnis enlargement,” sometimes known as “male enhancement,” refers to a variety of methods used to increase the size of the pnis, such as physical techniques like pumping and traction, vitamins, and ointments.

There are serious hazards associated with surgical procedures like suspensory ligament release and penile augmentation, such as scarring, erectile dysfunction, and even penile atrophy.

The man in the case study had hyaluronic acid injections to increase penile girth, but soon afterward he developed tremors, weakness, nausea, and breathing problems.

Further investigation showed a significant buildup of a jelly-like material at the base of the p*nis, which had spread to the lungs’ blood arteries and caused a deadly pulmonary embolism.

Inappropriate usage of vacuum pumps can result in tissue damage, and research is currently ongoing to determine the advantages of traction devices.

Furthermore, manual methods like jelqing may cause harm and have no medical proof of their effectiveness. Unless absolutely required, as in the case of micropenis, doctors typically advise against penile enlargement treatments.
