Adeoluwa Okusaga Highlights The Importance of Men’s Self-Care

Nigerian actor and reality TV personality Adeoluwa Okusaga, better known by his stage name Saga, has advocated for increased understanding and assistance regarding men’s mental health.

Saga emphasized in his message the value of recognizing one’s feelings and asking for assistance when necessary.

He wrote on Instagram, “Hey bro, you’re not Superman, you’re human. Don’t neglect your mental health. Speak to someone, do things that make you happy. To the world,

Be kind to us men, listen to us, and provide a safe space for us to express ourselves. Yes, we are not perfect, perfection is an illusion anyway, no one is”.

I strongly agree with Saga. Men shouldn’t feel the need to be superheroes all the time; it’s important to prioritize their own well-being for a healthier and balanced life.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
