Breaking: Otedola Buys Over N222bn Worth Of First HoldCo Shares

Femi Otedola strengthens his stake in First HoldCo after acquiring 1.77 billion shares worth N222.2 billion through Calvados Global Services.

Femi Otedola, Chairman of First HoldCo, has acquired 1.77 billion shares in the financial institution through his investment vehicle, Calvados Global Services Limited.

A statement obtained from the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) showed that Otedola purchased the shares on Thursday in a deal valued at N222.20 billion.
