Buhari’s Administration Hails China For Developing Nigeria’s Infrastructure

The administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has praised China for aiding Nigeria in improving its infrastructure.

China’s contribution would be noted in the history of the administration’s efforts to address the infrastructure gap, according to presidential spokesman Femi Adesina.

The new Deputy Chief of Mission/Ministerial Councilor, Zhang Yi, and Ambassador Cui Jianchun were guests of Adesina on Friday at the State House.

The aide complimented China for its ongoing efforts to develop Nigeria’s infrastructure, including its rail, aviation, and electricity systems.

Demo Adesina said, ‘‘President Buhari has very great respect for China. Many times he has spoken about the support from China.

“President Buhari and President Xi Jinping share respect and friendship.”

Adesina continued by saying that Nigeria values its partnership with the economic giants, expressing the hope that these positive relations will continue.
