A new complaint claims that Sean “P Diddy” Combs had a “crazed look in his eyes” when he se*ually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. Fresh
Texas-based lawyer; Tony Buzbee filed five additional claims against Combs on Sunday night, putting the disgraced music tycoon, in new legal hot water.
It follows his filing of six lawsuits against Combs last Monday, all of which were filed by anonymous plaintiffs.
According to The Mirror US, one of the new files has been seen. Diddy is charged with raping the 13-year-old as two witnesses, only known as Celebrity A and Celebrity B, looked on. According to the lawsuit, Combs “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes” at a party before raping the young girl.
According to the lawsuit, the 13-year-old girl “had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards (VMAs)”. When the alleged victim got to the location, she didn’t have a ticket, so she stayed outside.
The lawsuit continued: “Determined to get into an afterparty, she approached several limousine drivers, attempting to talk her way into the VMAs. One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Defendant Combs.”
According to the new lawsuit, the driver allegedly told the accuser that Combs “liked younger girls” and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” After that, he allegedly invited her to an after-party.
The documents further state that the girl was driven alone to the afterparty by the limousine driver. The alleged victim stated that they were requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement promising not to discuss the events at the party. She claimed that she never received a copy of the paperwork.
According to the lawsuit, there were “many celebrities” at the events, and staff members were seen circulating with drink trays. “Plaintiff observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine,” according to the filings. The plaintiff took a reddish-yellow beverage that tasted of cranberry juice, orange juice, and a bitter substance.
The accused victim is reported to have become “woozy and lightheaded” after consuming one drink. The lawsuit went on to say: “In search of a place to lie down, the plaintiff went into what she thought was an empty bedroom to do so.
She left the door unlocked. Soon after, Combs is reported to have entered the room with a celebrity, both male and female. The complaint stated that Combs “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party’.”
The male celebrity, known as Celebrity A, claimed to have “removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented” after Combs flung her in his direction, according to the accusation.
According to the lawsuit, the girl was “held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched.”
The lawsuit continued: “After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral s** on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”
A female clerk at a petrol station apparently “saw her distressed” and let her use the phone when she arrived. The complaint went on to say: “Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.”Following the incident, the plaintiff experienced a severe depressive episode that still impacts all aspects of her life.
Lawyers for Combs have criticized the earlier cases brought against him.
“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
