I Don’t Want To Have A Child Outside Wedlock – Rema Declares

Rema, a Nigerian singer, has stated that he is not amenable to having children outside of marriage.

He emphasized that he is a deliberate man and added that he detests promiscuity.

Rema made history as the first Black African star to cover RollingStone magazine.

“I feel like there’s a need for us [family] to get bigger and become a whole empire if we can. And then neither do I want to wait for it to become a mistake before I decide to be a father. I’m very particular and I don’t really be h*eing around,” he said.

Rema also spoke about his relationship with Ayra Starr and South African Tyla.

“Ayra’s family, for sure. Tyla’s family. We’re good friends because I’ve been friends with Tyla even before everything.”

Meanwhile, American singer and actress Selena Gomez has expressed her admiration for Rema. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Gomez praised his artistry and predicted a limitless future for him.

“I am completely impressed with Rema as an artiste. I believe the future for him is truly endless of what he can achieve,” she said, adding that she was already a fan of Calm Down before joining its remix.
