Rema’s unwavering efforts to use his music to promote Edo State and the Benin Kingdom were acknowledged with this award.
Rema, a native of Benin City, has proudly represented his community through his music, showing its rich cultural legacy.
Following Rema’s participation in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Edo Arena, which will be dubbed Rema Dome in his honor, the royal plaque was unveiled.
