Montero Lamar Hill, better known by his stage name Lil Nas X, has stated that if he does not win a Grammy Award today, he will formally withdraw from the Illuminati.
The rapper revealed this in a tweet on his Twitter page. He said: “If I don’t leave with Grammys tomorrow I will be formally turning in my resignation letter to the Illuminati.”
Lil Nas X has been nominated for five Grammy Awards. Montero, his album, is nominated for Album of the Year. His song “Montero, Call Me By Your Name” received three nominations, and another song he released with Jack Harlow, Industry Baby, received one nomination. He presently has a Grammy record of two wins.
The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas will host the 64th Annual Grammy Awards on April 3, 2022.
