It’s time to get in Shape

Shape is vital in life, and we frequently refer to it when we know we are out of shape. When it comes to physical fitness and weight loss, you’ve probably heard the statement “I need to get in shape.”
If shape is significant in the physical world, how much more so is it in the spiritual world?

We all have baggage in our hearts that we don’t need. Unforgiveness, anger, resentment, and other negative emotions. This has the effect of slowing us down and potentially disabling us.

Today, the Lord’s Spirit says it’s time to get in shape, address your attitudes, and deal with the baggage you’ve carried for far too long. It’s time to process and let go of the things that are holding you back and get in shape, the shape I made you, the shape I want you to be, the shape that can carry my glory while also being healthy enough to help those around you.

I will not give up on you, so don’t give up on yourself, declares the Lord’s Spirit.

Stay Blessed
