UK publication, DailyMail, has published emails, texts, photos, and other evidence that could be used at trial if Hunter Biden, the son of US President Joe Biden, is accused of tax fraud and lying in a gun application paper.
According to sources who spoke to The Washington Post on Thursday, the FBI believes it has enough evidence to bring charges against Hunter Biden for failing to disclose the revenues of his international business dealings and for failing to indicate he is a drug addict in a gun application.
Federal prosecutors must now decide whether to file charges against the First Son after agents informed the Post that they had gathered enough information for a criminal case against him “months ago.”
The agents claim that they have adequate evidence that Hunter failed to notify the IRS of any revenue he received from his international business dealings.
In addition, The First Son claimed on a firearms application that he does not use illicit drugs, but later acknowledged in his own memoir that he was a crack addict at the time.
Since 2019, the Bureau has had access to revealing emails, covert text messages, and pictures from Hunter’s lost laptop that he never expected to end up in the hands of the authorities.
The findings of a DailyMail investigation of some of the prospective trial evidence are shown below.
